We must not toy with 2019 elections – Saraki

Senate President Bukola Saraki has urged Nigerians not to play with the 2019 general elections, saying the nation is at crossroads.

Saraki, a People’s Democratic Party’s presidential aspirant stated this yesterday  in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, during his consultative visits to party’s members to solicit their support ahead of the party’s presidential primary.

He said: “Let us not play with the coming election, because the country is at a very critical point, Nigeria is at a crossroads, people all over are divided, lack of unity everywhere, people do not feel the sense of the government.

“We want a president that will unite Nigeria, we want a president that will ensure that everybody is on the table on equal basis, we want a president that will make sure that everybody is on the front roll, not the one that will put some at the front and some at the back, we want a president that has the capacity to rule.

“Nigerians will be proud to have a president that is politician and democrat who will ensure justice and fair play in the system, a president that will ensure that appointments come from all sections of the country.”
