Only Atiku have capacity to unite Nigeria ― Fadahunsi
THE Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the 2019 presidential election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has been described as the only candidate in the race with the capacity to unite Nigeria and prevent it from seeming disintegration.
Speaking in Ilase Ijesa, a town in Obokun local government area of Osun State on Friday, the PDP candidate for Osun East Senatorial District in the 2019 general elections, Prince Adenigba Fadahunsi, said to ensure the country exist beyond 2019, only a detribalised personality like the former vice president should be voted as president.
The ex-Customs boss lamented the division that exists at the moments among Nigerians and called for an appraisal on how the country finds herself on the brink of disintegration by all stakeholders.
He maintained that all sections of the country should resolve to remain a united country, and put only a man that appeals to varying interests at the helms of affairs.
Fadahunshi said: “I worked with Alhaji Atiku Abubakar for several years in Nigeria Customs Service. I can tell you he will unite Nigeria because he is more detribalised than me. In fact, he is the only one in the race presently with the capacity to pull all sectional interests together and ensure we all continue to co-exist as a nation.
“He married from different zones and has worked in many parts of the country while still in the service in Customs.”
